A postcard picture of HMS Invincible. She sank off Hammonds Knoll on 16th March 1801 on her way to join the Baltic Fleet before the Battle of Copenhagen. Admiral Nelson was second in command to Admiral Sir Hyde Parker. Over 400 lives were lost. |
