Bill dated 9th July 1941 for a Norwich Red Cross ambulance to take William Stackyard from Mulbarton to the Jenny Lind Hospital, Norwich - 13 miles each way, at 6d per mile. The total, 6s 6d (33p) was a lot for a working family to pay. |
